It was because of their autistic son’s unknown future that Angela and John Hart decided to open their own business to hopefully ensure their son would be able to get any help he may need down a very difficult road they knew would lay ahead. Over the years they’ve been called upon by many customers who became very special to them. Calling their office as if they were long lost friends, rather than customers. To acknowledge these wonderful people Angela created the Heart to Hart page where customers have not just mailed in their payments but would insert kind notes or even send Holiday cards to the John Hart’s Irrigation family.

But TODAY, we wanted to send a Big Hug to a special couple who are JHI customers since 2018’and who we visit every month for sprinkler maintenance. This is why. Every Month Jack and Beverly send their invoice and monthly payment not just in a regular envelope. Instead, I receive a lovely occasion type card with their payment inside a flowery colorful envelope always with the kindest words written and ending with a Thank You. EVERY MONTH! This month however, I opened their envelope with their payment, only this time I found another envelope inside of it addressed to our autistic son, Dustin. So, I got back in my truck and gave it to Dustin to open. Beverly and Jack, you are so absolutely sweet and thoughtful!  I noticed the postage was marked Aug. 3rd only two days since our Dustin’s 26th Birthday. Thank You for making him Smile!
